Here are some of the services available to assist your planning:

• Registration
  Complete, cost-free convention registration including staff, badges and label maker. To save time at registration, we will prepare your name badges in advance.
  
  
• Convention Welcome
  The CVB will be happy to arrange an official city welcome from either the Mayor's office or Chamber of Commerce.
  
  
• Free Visitor Guides
  Complimentary visitor guides are available to any group.
  
  
• Shuttle Service
  Special shuttle service and transportation can be arranged for convention delegates. Any fee for said service must be paid by the association.
  
  
• Programs
  The CVB will help arrange speakers, tours, demonstrations and programs for conventions. Any fee for said service must be paid by the association.
  
  
• Spouse Programs
  We are happy to arrange spouse programs. We can also assist in scheduling tours of Mitchell businesses and attractions.
  
  
• Publicity
  New releases announcing your meeting and its details will be prepared and mailed to local newspaper, television, and radio stations. Information and photographs about Mitchell are also available for your newsletter or convention mailer.
  
  
• Speaker Transportation
  The CVB will provide round-trip transportation for one convention speaker/presenter from and to the Sioux Falls Airport.
